•  Annual installments shall not be paid except  upon completion of water , electricity  and sewerage works in large integrated projects.

• Land handover shall be in a maximum of  month, starting the date of allocation notice .

•  Client's access to a certain period for completion  of building works for small (housing and service ) projects, starting the takeover date as follows :

     A - licensing : 9 months

       B- Completion of concrete structure : 112 months.

       C- Finishing works: 12 months
