145 service buildings have been implemented of which 45 implemented by new urban communities authority at different activities(educational-social-health-recreational)

Total investment : LE 87 million

Non governmental sector construction of 100 service buildings.

First : Educational services

1-Schools :

There are 12 schools(governmental-private) with a number of 7500 students at different educational stages.

2- Universities:

Alshrouk Academy which includes colleges of
(Engineering - Computer Science & Commerce and Information Systems - Media) with the total number of 12500students.

The British University which includes faculties of(Economics and Political Science - Engineering - Computer Science and Information Systems - Media - Nursing) with the total number of 3000 students.

The French University which includes colleges
(Engineering - Commerce Business - Applied Languages) with the total number of 320 students.

Arab Open University at an area of 5.5 acres (currently being finalized and is expected to be operated the next academic year)

II: Medical services

ALshrouk Hospital- 28 beds.

Nour ALshrouk Hospital - 30 beds.

5 medical centers.

III: Recreational services

The city has three sports clubs:

Alshrouk Heliopolis - 50 acres

Alshrouk - 11 acres

Green Hills - 13 acres

5 trilogy pitches - Alshrouk Park.

IIII: Commercial services

There are36 commercial markets including 750 trading shops of different activities.

Besides , commercial services within the real estate projects .
