Residential Activity Its total area 8.1 thousand feddans, divided into districts including all housing ( categories, economic – medium – above medium – luxury). Residential Units: 57 Thousand housing units have been implemented of which 27 thousand housing units implemented by new urban communities authority at different levels including : 5 thousand economic housing units 21 thousand medium housing units 350 luxury housing units Total investments = LE 893 million. Non governmental sector construction of 30 thousand housing units Residential Plots : Provision of plots for individuals, investment companies, residential resorts and pioneering, Mubarak – Future (Mostakbal) – free housing – family housing) projects . Plots for individuals (Villas - Real Estate) have been allocated  at a total area of 13 thousand plots of 2100 acres to build 7000 residential villas and 6000 apartment buildings.  Plots have been allocated to investors (residential-service-recreational) at a total area of 2400 acres .
