Total area is 6000 feddans whereby through the city urban planning, plots of different (educational, health, cultural – religious – recreational and commercial) plots are provided.

194 service buildings have been executed :

NUCA constructed 128 buildings with different activities (educational, social – health – recreational 0000).

Total investments = LE 132 million

As well as 66 buildings constructed private sector.

I: Educational services

There are 29 schools with different educational stages- Almonofiyia University.

The university has been implemented on an area of 63575.38 m 2 and there are 6 faculties (Tourism and Hotels, Commerce, Law, Primary Education, Physical Education, Veterinary Medicine)

II: medical services

There is a public central hospital

9 medical centers , Alhomayat Hospital, Family Medicine Unit.

A capacity of 100 beds.

6 dialysis units and CT & MRI rays unit.

III: Social Services:

The city has 6 youth centers and trilogy courts.

Mubarak Park has been implemented on an area of 299699 m2 .
