A : NUCA board of directors approved the guidelines
of small housing plots sale. Booking should be advertised in the official
national newspapers . Allocation shall be made in public and open lot.
The result of the
public lot shall be filed in our site
Q : Fixed period of
housing plot handover?
A : One
month, starting the allocation of equipped plots. As for other unequipped
ones, upon full completion of utilities connection works.

A :9 months ,
starting the takeover date

A : Completion of concrete structure:12 months-

finishing works: 12 months
