Service activity ‘s total area is 3.4 thousand feddans as urban planning has provided plots for various services (educational – health – cultural – recreational – commercial)

152 service buildings were implemented: 73 of which implemented by NUCA

Total investments of LE 338.5 million

other than 79 service buildings implemented by private sector .

First : Educational Services:

26 schools with total number of 17 thousand students in various education levels

149 feddans were allocated for Ain Shams University

92 Feddand for Banha University

100 Feddans for the Misr Italian University

Under allocation 100 feddans for the marine academy

140 Feddans for Smart Village

Second : Medical Services:

Ain shams university hospital is now opened with total capacity of 200 beds

Al Obour specialized hospital is now opened with total capacity of 30 beds .

12 medical center.

Third: recreational Services:

The city has 17 sports clubs :

3 of which are currently working .

Al Obour sporting club : 60 feddans under implementation .

11 specialized club are currently under construction and will be completed in the next five years plan .

Fourth : Commercial services :

36 commercial malls .
