Other than 62 thousand units implemented by other parties Residential Plots : Provision of plots for individuals, investment companies, residential resorts and pioneering, Mubarak – Future (Mostakbal) – free housing – family housing) projects . Plots of land has been allocated  to individuals for villas and buildings with a  total number of (16) thousand pieces with total surfaces of 2088 feddans to build 7000 villas and 9000 buildings plots has been allocated to investors within the national housing project with a total surface of500 feddans .
