Announces
The Second Public bidding for the Outsourcing of
Outdoor Advertising in the 6th of October
& Sheikh Zayed Cities which include the following
advertising formats: MUPIs , Megacom(4x3) ,Gantries
, and Architectural Features
With The following Conditions:
First:
The Request for proposal shall be obtained from
the 6th of October Authority as of
(Thursday) 20/5/2010 after the payment of LE 2000
(only two thousand Egyptian Pounds).
Second:
bids shall be submitted in the name of the Chairman
of 6th of October
City Authority. The financial and
technical proposals shall be submitted on (Thursday)
8/7/2010 at 12:00noon.
Third:
An unconditional Letter of Guarantee for an amount
of (200,000LE) (only two hundred thousand Egyptian
Pounds) should be enclosed within the technical
proposal envelope valid for four months from
The Technical envelope opening session . No bid
shall be considered in case the letter of Guarantee
is not enclosed in the technical proposal envelope
Fourth:
value of the performance bond will be 10% of the
concessios agreement value be paid in cash or
through a Letter of Guarantee valid for 3 month
after the completion of contract period.
Fifth:
the duration of the concession is 6 years.
Sixth:
Pre-tender meeting shall be held for clarification
on (Wednesday) 9/6/2010 (10:00am) at the main
conference hall, 1st floor at Ministry of Housing,
Utilities headquarters, 1st Ismail Abaza Street -
Kasr Elainy – Cairo.
Seventh:
Technical envelope opening session shall be held on
(Thursday) 8/7/2010 (12:00noon) in the 6th
of October city authority headquarters.
Eighth:
This tender is subject to provisions of Law 89/1998
on Tenders and Bids , Regulations and amendments
thereof.
