Plots bigger than 5 feddan with full utilities for sale in sealed
envelopes auction (technical and financial) to establish social and
sporting clubs in the following cities ( Badr – Tiba – 6th of October
and a sporting club with a stadium and a hotel in
Al Shorouk city
According to the following conditions :
1- Sale in closed envelopes ( technical –
financial) according to the regulations mentioned in the auction
dossier
2- Clarification session will be on Wednesday 23/2/2011 at 10 am at
the authority’s headquarter (the intersection of 26th of July axis
with entrance number 2 Al Shiekh Zayed City
3- Technical evaluation will be according to the general conditions
described in the bidding dossier
4- technical envelopes opening session on Thursday , 10/3/2011
at noon at the city authority headquarter of each city
5- Bid bond is paid by check on behalf of the New Urban Communities
Authority or the letter of bank guarantee is supported unconditional
release in favor of New Urban Communities Authority – the city
authority (as mentioned in the bidding dossier ) and included in the
technical envelope

Successful candidates will offer the highest value for the price per
square meter of the technically acceptable offers .

The price submitted in the financial offer is the price of cash
payment or payment on installment according to the following
conditions :

Complete the payment of 10% of the value of land in addition to
administrative expenses and expenses of the Board of Trustees within
one month from the date of the order of attribution.
- Outstanding 90% of the price to be paid over ten years installments
quarterly equal plus interest thereon at the Central Bank of the
Egyptian at the time of payment to be calculated interest from the
date of entrusting the date of maturity and deserves the first
installment (installment + interest) after three months from the date
of the order
8- applicants should commit to the bidding dossier
9- refund of bid bond for unsuccessful
candidates after completion of the evaluation and decision and award
and an order assigning the successful candidate.

Bidding
dossier is available starting from Sunday 6/2/2011upon payment of 1000
pounds /copy (only one thousand pounds) at each city authority
headquarters.

Attending the clarification session will be only for those who have bought
the bidding dossier or their delegates
