According to the following conditions: -
1 – Sell in closed envelopes among applicants .. interested
candidates should submit a financial and a technical offer according
to the rules specified in auction dossier
2 – Clarification Session will be on Monday,
02/08/2010 at ten am on the first floor meeting hall at the Ministry
of Housing (1 Ismail Abaza St. - Kasr Al-Aini - Cairo).
3 - The technical evaluation of the offers
in accordance with the general conditions mentioned in the auction
dossier .
4 – Technical envelopes opening session will
be on Monday, 6/9/2010 at noon at each city authority headquarter
device every city.
5 - Bid bond must be paid in cash or payment check on the name of
the New Urban Communities Authority or a bank supported letter of
unconditional release in favor of the applicant submitting the bid
(according to the auction dossier ) and submitted within the
technical envelope.
6 – Accepted offers will be the ones who
have the highest value for the price per square meter of the
technically acceptable offers.
The price submitted in the financial offer is the price of cash
payment and payment or payment on installments according to the
following conditions :
1 -
Complete the payment of 10% of the value of land in addition to
administrative expenses and expenses of the Board of Trustees within
one month from the date of the order of attribution.
2 - Outstanding 90% of the price to be paid
over ten years installments quarterly equal plus interest thereon at
the Central Bank of the Egyptian at the time of payment to be
calculated interest from the date of entrusting the date of maturity
and deserves the first installment (installment + interest) after
three months from the date of the order
Applicant should write bank checks with the rest of the installments
on behalf of the city authority for each city into within the
contract documents.
- Excluded from the above New Cairo City,
which is to be paid the full amount in cash within a period not
exceeding three months from the date of the order of attribution.
