According to the following rules:

1-          sale will be in auction in sealed envelopes (technical and financial  according to the rules mentioned in auction dossier .

2-     Clarification session is held in the ministry headquarters(1) Ismail Abaza Str. – Kasr Elaini  - Cairo (1^st floor) on Thursday 25/11/2010 at 10.00 am.

3-    Technical evaluation of offers will be according to the general conditions mentioned in auction dossier .

4-    Submission of offers and opening of technical envelopes shall be ,on Monday 27/12/2010, 12.00 pm in each city authority headquarter. 

5-    Auction bond will be paid cash/payable check in the name of NUCA or an unconditional letter of guarantee issued by a certified bank for the auctioneer (according to the auction dossier ) . This shall be included in the technical envelope .

6-    Technically qualified companies are outbidded for the highest square meter price.

7-    Price in the financial offer shall be paid in cash as follows :

-  10% of land price in addition of the administrative expenses and the board of trustees expenses during one month starting the date of offer acceptance notice .

- outstanding 90% on 4 years basis on equal quarterly installments  plus  national bank interest rate on payment date . Interest rate shall be calculated starting the award order date through maturity date plus admin fees (0.5) . The first installment ( plus interest ) is due three month starting the award date .outstanding installments plus interest shall be paid in time bank cheques in the name of the city authority , such outstanding installments shall be part of contract documents.

8-Successful candidates should follow the conditions mentioned in the auction dossier

9- the auction bond shall be repaid for unsuccessful candidates upon completion of evaluation , consideration works and issue or award orders for the successful ones 

* Those interested in booking of auction dossier shall pay LE5000 (only five thousand Egyptian pounds) starting Monday 25/10/2010 from the above mentioned city authorities headquarters0
