The development in Egypt has been decreasing  as a result of many factors, such as the ever-increasing population with limited populated area, which led to inflation in the main cities and the proliferation of slums and thus the deterioration of the built environment in cities and villages, so we were able to pursue overall development strategies and the development of desert areas, including the Development of remote areas, and the establishment of cities and new urban communities to improve the structure of urban cities and societies, by implementing different  housing projects, and developing and establishing of infrastructure networks (potable water / wastewater / electricity / roads / ...), whether in the existing cities or the new one
