I : There shall be an advertisement in the national newspapers and
the site
:
about the cities, areas of available lands for housing
activity(buildings-villas),including payment system and conditions.
Allocation shall be declared in public session before the
applicants.
II : Payment Mechanism :-

Down payment. 10% of land price
-
The outstanding(90%) shall be paid in 4equal annual
installments.The first installment will be paid after a year from
the date of the public lot
.

During the allocation,1% of the price of the land must be paid to
the Council of Trustees in the city0Another 1% must be paid as
administrative fees not to be paid after a month of the public lot
.
III

Conditions:
-
No
previous acquisition of any housing plots(the
applicant,his spouse or his minor children)
in the new cities.
-
No
previous acquisition of any housing unit(supported
by the State or a cooperative loan)
(the applicant,his spouse or his minor children)
in the new cities.
-The family (father, mother and minor children) is not allowed to
apply for more than one plot in the advertised cities
-
All applicants should be natural persons (Egyptian citizens) and
not a legal entity (company or institution)
-
Filling in and signing the booking form is
considered a final consent
to enter the public lot, to agree to the time of construction and
payment specified in the advertisement and starting at the date of
the last public lot0It is also a final consent to withdraw the land
in case of violation of these timings with no compensation for any
work that has been done on the plot and without the need for a
warning or notice.

Down payment
will be refunded- in addition to the benefits- to applicants meeting
the conditions but not selected after the announcement of the result
of the lot
.

the public lot is subject to all legal provisions and Real Estate
regulations applied in the New Urban Communities Authorit y .
