The total area is 1.5 thousand feddens, whereby through the city urban planning, plots of different,educational, health – cultural – religious – recreational – commercial ) service are provided.

260 service buildings of which 74 with different activities (educational, social – health – recreational) have been constructed by NUCA.

As well as 260 service buildings have been constructed by private sector.

I: Educational services

1- schools :

There are 17 schools(governmental-private) including 10200 students at different educational stages.

3 Azhar institutes (nursery-primary-preparatory-secondary) including 2183 students.

2- Universities:

Almansoura University branch including colleges of
(Education- Science - Commerce - Physical Education-) with the total number of 12420students.

AlAzhar University branch including faculties of (Medicine – Islamic Studies) with the total number of 1437students.

Commercial institute (1595 students)

The Higher Iinstitute for Engineering and Computers (720 students) .

II : medical services

Educational Hospital (AlAzhar University ) 300 beds (first stage).

General medical center at downtown.

Health care unit(4th district).

3 parameic centers.

III : recreational services

Future sports club ( 10 acres).

Youth Center ( 15 acres).

4 pitches .

Public park ( 55 acres ).

Child library and garden .

Cultural Center .

IIII : commercial services

There are16 commercial markets including 401 trading shops.

There are 615 trading shops down the Authority buildings.
