Total area 18.2 thousand feddans whereby through the city urban planning, various (educational, health, cultural – religious – recreational and commercial) plots are provided.

163 service buildings have been implemented of which : 66 implemented by new urban communities authority including (educational-social-health-recreational) activities.

As well as 97 service buildings implemented by Private sector.

First : Educational services

1-schools :

There are 23 governmental schools.

There are 40 buildings(private schools-Azhar institutes) .

2- Universities:

There are 11 universities and higher institutes including the American university and rhe French university .

There is one military academy .

Second : Medical services

There are 27 medical buildings including :

6 Government medical centers .

18 private hospitals .

3 ambulances .

Third : recreational services

The city has 7 sports clubs :

3 youth clubs .

3 trilogy pitches .

1 five- player pitch .

Fourth : commercial services

There are 9 commercial markets.

There are 263 commercial plots .

There are 55 adminstrative services .

Besides, commercial services within real estate projects .
