23146 youth,future, and developed economic housing units

716 above medium housing units

Non governmental sector construction of 20 thousand housing units (syndicates-Housing Fund)

private sector construction of 130 thousand housing units .

Total investments = LE 1.2 billion.

Residential plots

Provision of plots for individuals, investment companies, residential resorts and pioneering, Mobarak – Future – free housing – family housing ) projects.

Plots for individuals (Villas - Real Estate) have been allocated with the total number of 30 thousand plots of including : 21 thousand for villas and 9 thousand for apartment buildings.

Plots have been allocated to investors (residential-service-recreational) at a total area of 9000 acres .
