Service Activity

Its total area is 9.7 thousand feddans, whereby, through the city urban planning, plots of, educational, health, cultural – religious – recreational – commercial ) were provided.
NUCA constructed 50 buildings with different activities (educational, social – health – recreational)
As well as 39 private sector buildings 0

I: Educational services

1- Schools :

There are 10 schools ( governmental-private ) including 1800 students at different educational stages.

2- Universities:

Mobarak Academy for scientific research

It is considered one of the latest scientific and research centers established in Egypt to serve the practical community and Egyptian industry .
It was established by the presidential decree No (85) for the year 1993 with the aim of developping modern technology.
The total area of the Academy is (225 acres) and includes (12) research institutes and technology centers.

The Egyptian - JapaneseUniversity

It is the first joint between the Egyptian government and the Japanese government in Egypt, New Borg El-Arab City .
It was established by presidential decree (149/2009).
200 acres has been allocated and delivered for the establishment of the University.
20 acres and (14) buildings in the Third District have been allocated for providing Housing to the University staff (14) buildings- built on the area of about (5.4 acres) have been delivered.
The study at the University started on February 2010 for graduate studies at Mubarak Academy for Scientific Research temporarily until the completion of the establishment of the university.

There are 10 sports clubs ( 480 acres) in addition to the Youth Center,culture palace and Youth hostel .

There are13 commercial markets ( goveronmental-investment) including 853 trading shops with different activities in addition to commercial services within real estate investment projects.
