Residential Activity Its total area is 6.9 thousand feddans, divided into number of districts, including housing categories (economic – medium – above medium – luxury). Housing units : 12 thousand housing units have been implemented of which 9 thousand housing units implemented by New Urban Communities Authority at different levels including : 6000 economic housing units 2000 medium housing units 1000 luxury housing units Total investments = LE 197 million.  Non governmental sector construction of 3000 housing units. Housing plots : NUCA provides housing plots to individuals, investment corporations, residential resorts and pioneering projects ,…ie – Mobarak youth housing – Mostakbal Free housing and family housing ) . 9821 plots (Villas - buildings) have been allocated for individuals at a total area of 663 acres . Plots have been allocated to investors (service-investment) at a total area of 1430 acres. Each plot is more than 5 acres .
