units for low-income youth 85000 units/year.

Starting date: 1/10/2005
Completion date: 30/9/2011.

Youth Housing Project
Preamble :-
It is pioneering housing project for
provision of modern domicile for youth at
appropriate prices .This project is known for
its architectural models for elevation of public
taste.Maximum elevation is four flours plus
basement (100-70-63 M2).
Units allocation :-
This is done according to accurate and objective
standards upon all applications for ensuring
their eligibility.
Phases of Implementation :-
74433 housing units were constructed along three
phases in great number of new cities all over
the country. This started early 1996. All works
were finished. .
1- 1st phases ( 100 M2)
Number of finished units:-
20712, in which four different architectural
models were used in the following cities :
( 10th of Ramadan Shrouk Obour New Cairo
15th of May 6th of October ) .
2- 2nd phases ( 70 M2)
Number of finished units 34931 , in the
following cities :
(Shrouk - Obour New Cairo - 6th of October -
Sheikh ZaiedSadat New Banisweif New Damietta
- New Minya ) . These units included 12 models
with multipurpose interior designs , making up
for small area . It started 1999 and was fully
completed.
3- third phase (63 M3)
It includes 18690 units, in which two models
were used, in the following cities:
(10th of Ramadan - Shrouk Obour 6th of
October New Damietta New Banisweif New
Minya-New Assuit Tiba )
It started on May 1998 and is completely
finished . .
4- Fourth phase ( Developed Economic Housing)
This phase was announced on 5/12/2004 .
10200 housing units are being issued at (6th of
October New Cairo New Borg Elarab Sadat
Sheikh Zaied - Obour Shrouk 15th May - New
Minya New Assuit- New Banisweif Tiba-New
Aswan ) cities .
Areas of such units are 50-57 M2 (including 2
rooms , hall ,kitchen and bathroom) for
provision greater number of subsidized units for
youth .
The unit is subsidized by two or edits ; the
first cooperative ( LE15000 ) 5% interest rate
40 year repayment period whereas the second
complementary ( LE 10000 ) , 44 year repayment
period ; interest free (total installment of LE
80) .
The flat eligible applicant may replace it with
wider one , provided its hand over to him and
payment transfer to the new unit .
All applications shell be approved their
fulfillment of the advertised condition
Future housing Project
Future Association :
For fulfilling this noble idea through this wide
participatory approach .
This association was officially promulgated by
Ministry of social Affairs decree ( 398 dated
13/8/1998 central association , affiliated to
the general Association Department , subject To
law 32/1964 and its regulation .
Board of directors was formed including members
of real estate finance, industrial investment
and contracting sectors. All project
shareholders are members of this association.
This association receives contribution from
different people for building housing units.
Project Objective :
Construction of 15636 ( 63M2) units in number of
new cities , whereby plots ; fully equipped with
utilities and areas are provided . Association
shared partially in the costs by contributions
of real estate, industrial sectors, contracting
companies as well as all rich people.

Future housing project was awarded the first
prize during the council of housing &
Reconstruction Ministers as 2001 Arab Housing
