A public auction for large plots (590m to 1200m) with full utilites for the establishment of bakeries at the following cities :

6^th of October – Al Shorouk- 10^th of Ramadan- Badr-Al Sadat – New Salheya – New Noubareya – New Borg Al Arab – New Al Fayoum –New Bani Swief – New Menia – New Sohag – New Assuit – New Aswan

 According to the following conditions:
1. There will be an auction at the headquaretr of every city authority at noon according to the date specified in the following table : -
2. Insurance value of the auction, payable in cash or by check on the name of the city authority no later than the auction session date and it will be refunded for unsuccesfull candidates 0
3. Inquiries will bein a meeting on Tuesday, 19/10/2010 at ten am on the first floor Meeting Room at the Ministry of Housing (1 Ismail Abaza St. - Kasr Al-Aini - Cairo) 0
4. Award will be for the highest value for the price per square meter 0
5. Successful candidates should pay 10% of the value of the plot in addition to administrative expenses and expenses of the Board of Trustees and the remaining $ 90% of the price will be paid according to one of two ways: -
• payment within a period not exceeding three months from the date of the auction 
•  paying over four years in equal quarterly installments plus interest thereon at the Central Bank of the Egyptian at the time of payment that the interest is charged from the date of the auction until the date of maturity in addition to 0,5% administrative expenses , the first installment (installment + interest) is due after three months of  the auction date in addition to  bank checks of all the installements including the benefits on the name of the city authority  0
6. Successful candidates should commit  to the auction requirements stated in the terms and conditions stated in the tender dossier  0
